Does Apex do the check measure?

Apex are manufacturers. We cut, edge and assemble everything in our local factory, we do not go out to site. But, measuring yourself is easy! Call us if you have any queries, and one of our friendly staff will be able to provide guidance. Alternatively, if you are hiring a QBCC licensed installer, they are often able to do the check measure for you.

Does Apex wood works do stone?

We don’t limit our clients’ choice of benchtop materials, and your range of options is almost endless. Apex wood works only supply laminate benchtops but we can recommend local stonemasons that provide high-quality granite, marble and engineered stones, like Caesar Stone. By arranging your own stone, not only do you get our special trade price, but you also avoid extra costs and overheads.

Do flat packs come with instructions?

Each of our projects are cut to size and completely unique so only general assembly guides are provided for direct orders. If ordering through our online software, panels are organised through a label system and assembly videos are available. Our friendly team are always available to help, and can talk you through it when you pick up your flat pack. Or simply call us if you have any queries regarding assembly.

Where can we deliver to?

We offer a delivery service in Brisbane and Sunshine Coast locations. In addition, for larger projects we can arrange interstate freighting or international shipping. Please discuss this further with our sales team.

Do flat packs come with hardware?

We supply our flat packs with high quality, durable Blum hardware. Using our CNC technology, all panels have been pre-drilled specifically for Blum hinges and drawers, making assembly a breeze!

Do you provide plans?

At Apex wood works, we focus on manufacturing and do not currently offer a design service. However, we do take your sketches with measurements and turn them into plans for manufacture – we will send these through to you with a quote. We are also happy to receive plans from any designer, builder, or talk you through your options when it comes to designing your own kitchen or cabinets for any other room.

Do you make everything locally?

Yes we do! We cut, edge and assemble all of our cabinets locally at one of our two factories in Queensland. We are a proud Australian company, and we only use high quality Australian made board.

Do you supply to the public?

We supply made to measure cabinets factory direct to a wide range of customers, including builders, cabinet makers, DIY renovators and more.
